Description

Paul Carre has now had his boat put back in the ocean after spending time up for the winter. We explore a reef which was found many years ago by Paul and Phil at the end of their scallop dives. The ending of these dives were normally quite a bad experience for the divers which included rolling, getting pushed upwards quickly or generally a very unpleasant experience. The Happy Ending Reef gaining its nickname from the complete opposite of what was expected. The reef is quite large with deep drop offs (45m) and walls to the north west and is mostly 35 m deep on the remaining of the reef. Loads of diffrent sea life experienced on this dive but no Crayfish this time. Some of the largest Boring sponges I have ever seen. Stay Safe
